Can somebody give me a good plane control mapping for Xbox?

I really want to learn how to use planes but the default controls are awful. I can never seem to get my plane to do anything other than crash into the ground from the slightest input.

When I started trying to fix my plane controls I used this video as a guideline…however I did not agree with all the changes so I obviously changed a few here and there, and anyone can to whatever suits them

But anyway my controls are:
Options: switch PLANE CONTROL MODE to Screen Joystick

Then go to Controls and the Plane tab

  1. Clear Pointer Control

I personally prefer having different weapons have different controls so
Shoot cannons- A
Shoot additional weapons- Y
Drop bomb- LB
Shoot rockets- RB

  1. Ailerons- RIGHT STICK Left and Right

  2. Elevator- RIGHT STICK Up and Down, then in Axis Setup check Invert Axis

  3. Rudder- LEFT STICK Left and Right

  4. Throttle- LEFT STICK Up and Down

Gear- UP on 4-pad
Extend flaps- RIGHT
Raise flaps- LEFT

Auto Prop Pitch- DOWN
Auto Radiator- DOWN
*Apparently everytime you spawn in a plane you have to click DOWN for the above

My performance in planes immediately improved and I’ve been able to fully use my potential. Obviously there are still things that I need to be tweak, as well as things that the developers must change and work on

Is invert axis good if you normally play games uninverted?

That’s a matter of preference no good or bad really
