Sure most probably in the next major update of the next cristmas 
If you are end tier campaign player and already have all weapons you want then you will easily upgrade them to best stats after the update but imagine a new player that will have to stick with single SMG until level 5 were he gets his first silver order and by that time he would need weapons and troops for multiple squads.

there has Achievement system，and pass check。no need only use 25000xp for one card.
and Achievement system can be complete by Custom mode.

I feel like it’d be better to keep the random weapon generator in, just make it cost 5-10 bronze instead of 1 or something
Random weapons/troops are better early in the campaign when you need to fill empty slots with rifleman and get some weapons like basic smg, another sniper rifle and some better rifles. You get useful things every roll but when you are further in the campaign, it is better to switch to silver anyway as the weapons/troops pool is too cluttered and you are less likely to roll useful stuff so this update highly favors established players and totally screws new players.
I agree, but it is also useful late game. It’s basically free and worth for the axe and pistols, as well as upgraded weapons. Though yeah, it totally screws new players. This and the soldier one.
axe and pistols didnt said it should use Silver card to get…and Medical bag、Explosive bag，still need Copper card。
And，at new system you can use less Silver card to get one high-level weapon. It doesn’t need to look at the probability to fish.
new system maybe has its error, but Working too long will enlarge the contradiction,and Cause various hidden dangers! both for the new players and the old guys.
Well, new system is better for players who have played for longer and are at least past level 10ish, while making life hell for new players. i feel like they need to keep the rando´m gun system and maybe bring in the random soldier one again in some for so the game doesn’t die out in a few months.
