Will Darkflow get in trouble for making a soldier’s face for their game? Is this why they have yet to add the Soldier’s actual faces?

Its possible.
Cod had a trouble with that.
In black ops 2, you fight with jonas sawimbi who was a real life figure in angolan civil war during 70s.
His family sued activision but nothing came out of it.

Darkflow does make it clear that all their characters in the game are fictional, but I don’t know how that will hold up in court.
