MP40 is slightly better (at least on screen, I don’t know the dispersion) but not enough to justify spending extra silver on it. My Moscow boys are mostly still using the MP38

I got the single 1 xp missing, once 
ROF isn’t the main thing I care about though. I care more about their recoil. 400-600 ROF is comfortable to me and allows me to conserve ammo. The sweet spot would be about 550. Does no good to put ten rounds into a guy if it take three to drop him. That’s just my opinion though, I know a lot of players prefer the higher ROF
But even there, their recoil is so similar that it doesn’t really matter which you use.
