Well its sad that BR I plane of all nations are not equal Germany has ground attackers and fighters, USSR has good fighters but no ground attacker, US has fighters but not good ground attacker and Japan is the worst has very bad fighter and very bad ground attacker so here the fastest way to fix BR I planes:
1. We move SB-2m to BR I:
2.We move B5N2 to BR I:
3.We add to Japan Ki-43-II to BR I:
it can have 2x100 kg bombs and will be the most important fighter for Japan first Japan will have BR I fighter and second it starts in the Air not on a ship its super iconic i think this is the most needed fighter for Japan.
4.We add B-10B to US BR I:
And all nations have BR I builds and not only the Japan will have at least one early BR fighter that starts in the air. I think really the devs should focus adding Ki-43-II first before any other equipment to Japan it will improve the Japanese faction a lot from BR I to BR III so it will have the most effect then any other plane that can be added to Japan.
