By the end of CBT, let's review how they said in FAQ just before CBT started

Guess they won’t mind getting bad review bombed then by all of the western gaming community for P2W practices, just like they review bombed games like Star Wars Battlefront 2, nor do they mind getting the risk of getting pulled in front of a court for false advertisement, which can be handled as a fraud case for mass refunds. Both are legitimate threats to the livelihood of the game. The latter happened with FO76. The western gaming community as a whole has shown to be fed up with P2W practices and have the means to do something about it.

They won the case against Bethesda and FO76. I’m not saying that the Enlisted community should start a court case or anything, but the risk is there for Darkflow.

They explicitly said that they did not want any paid elements that give in-game advantages.
They broke that rule with premium squads (double perk capacity is 100% an advantage, the guns and squad composition are arguably an advantage), as well as the upcoming premium time giving more squads into battle, and the upcoming ability to buy extra squad slots to take into battle separately.

“The paid product (premium squads) offer premium items (the soldiers) that are objectively better than the normal items a non-paying player could obtain.”
“In addition to that, the premium subscription offers advantages over having no subscription, which goes against the official statements made by the company of the game.”

There is no need to go into details, unless requested.

And for clarity: I don’t even like talking about this shit as it would be the absolute last resort we would have to make this game enjoyable.

What happened to SpoonOriginals posts? O_o

I dont know either… I wrote this thread before I slept and now I just wake up…

He edited them it seems.

This is so terrible

Even those guys on the Russian section started hating it
At least there is now enough of us so they can’t ignore us now

Chauchat is okay
It SHOULD be worse than the Madsen because it’s premium and premium weapons should not be better

Imo I would just nerf the MG-30 or give Germans the same Chauchat because they ACTUALLY used it unlike the soviets

Yes I agree all premium squads should be worse than free squads. Flawless logic. I pay extra at resturants to get my food dropped on the floor so I can have the worst experience possible.

I just want to ask you why did you guys ‘‘kill’’ all my polls?
All my polls now show ‘‘0 votes’’ but they had up to 80 votes

very uncool I might say

People buy premium squads to boost them selves trough levels
It’s like a starter pack, helps you at the beginning and gives you a unique item

Why would premium squads BOOST XP and be OVERPOWERED at the same time?

Don’t forget the main reason they are here right now is that they provide closed beta access.
And XP boosts.
And an “unique” experience.

There is no need to tack “overpowered” experience on top of that.

Just like I said

But it seems he’s okay with P2W stuff so I can’t help him

exept a game is not meant to be a resturant?

like, you pay for the game, and like what you see.
and by paying the game, those premium squads just like war thunder, ( i don’t… really like compare it to WT as they are very different, but many of us come from there so it’s easier to explain my, and our point) like, the majority of war thunder premium tanks, are tanks that in most cases are slighty better, or something different that provides new way to play, and have fun. something that provides new gameplay but doesn’t hurt anyone.

this could be adressed for lower premium tanks. the katushya, the german halftruck with rockets on top, the german kv1, captured german tanks, all that type of stuff that provide something new to the techtree and earn something more from premium bonus.

and in enlisted, it should be no different. you pay for something different, but not marking the squad as ‘unique’ and ending up being like all the same.
it’s not, historically accurate, does not provide a " fair " battle skill based due to being objectively better and above all, it just kill the game even more as it creates huge gaps. it does not help.

but of course, this is just my opinion.

This is vastly off the topic of this thread. If you have concerns with moderation our PMs are always open

The truth was getting out of hand.
