I paid 1200 Gold for a Jumbo in Battlepass - where is it? I have looked everywhere - what am I missing? advice please (waiting for Support to reply to ticket).
Thank you for your fast reply. I still donāt get it - it tells me to research the Jumbo but why would I do that if I just paid for it? I canāt get the squad because it tells me I have to research the tank. Normally tanks come with a squad?
Each squad has their own equipable tanks
You need the tank with the squad symbol that were before the jumbo too bad Iām not on yet cause otherwise I would screenshot the squad
Where is the squad for the tank I purchased? no one buys a tank they canāt play right?
I donāt understand - I paid 1,200 for an empty tank? if I research the jumbo i will have TWO Jumbos? itās very unclear
So many players make this āmistakeā.
This guy even paid gold.
The game should NOT sell you a vehicle if you dont have the squad yet, because you cant use the vehicle at all anyway.

Yes you bought the tank, not the squad.
No gold order vehicle comes with a squad.

Yess, research Jumbo + buy jumbo with gold = 2 jumbo
But the jumbo from the Market (gold order) came to you with unique cammo + full upgrades

But if I researched the Jumbo i get the tank anyway so why do they advertise to buy it. So I get the Jumbo PLUS the one I foolishly paid for? 2 Jumbos? thatās **** crazy man.
Basically I paid for full upgrades WHEN I research it?
Man that is not very fair of Gaijin and, most importantly, it is UNCLEAR

Yes thats how it works.
Because when you unlock the Jumbo in the tree, you also receive the squad with it, that can use it.
Yes then you will have 2 Jumboās.
But the good news is, the battle pass vehicles are already max level and have a cool camo.
So you dont need to use or upgrade the techtree Jumbo.

Tell me about it, I am one of those who now has a tier 4 Japanese tank (Chi-To) and no crew. At least I āwonā mine but itās still annoying I canāt use it until I upgrade another 3 tanks, which will take awhile cause I rarely get a Japanese battle with āJoin any armyā, like 1 in 10? Maybe?
So for nowā¦no Chi-Toās for me
