If anyone has been burned before, you know that the pain is like a blanket of the most intense pain across the area. It is not like stepping on a nail, and it is not like breaking your arm. The pain is equally laid out on whichever section is burned and will not stop unless you get away from it. Men scream like children when they are being lit ablaze by flamethrowers. Their screams destroy their vocal cords, and they start hyperventilating to breathe. They roll around, run, or do whatever to escape the burning sensation, but they can’t. It is the worst sound you could ever hear.
After causing soldiers around to be lit ablaze in Enlisted, I can say that I do not hear vocal cord-destroying Esq’s screams except for one high-pitched scream that comes up so often. That is why the voice actors you hired need to redo these screams, or you need to get some that can.
(The bodies, after being burned alive, will continue to move since the muscles will contract from being dried up. It is not as important as the voice lines, but it would be cool to see.)
To achieve believable voice, please use that gas canister and matches at your disposal. We will use the fire extinguisher on you when we deem the recorded voices satisfactory.
What do you think death is in a war? Nice and peaceful? All I am doing is saying it can be authentic, and I provided an authentic death from a flamethrower so devs don’t have to go looking by themselves.
This reminds me of call of duty world at war, red orchestra 2 rising storm and rising storm 2. Getting killed by fire was horrible like real life in those games.
