buildable ammo and sandbags on the train would be cool nothing else and not on all parts maybe just the first and last cars

Limit the sandbags to the open front and rear cars and ammo on the inside would be cool. My FG42s crave more ammo

i actually forgot about those for a second yeah they would be sweet easy to take out with a single stray bullet though
i think running to the rear or front car for ammo would be fine otherwise were gonna be getting stuck on the ammo boxes inside the train especially the bots
I was thinking a already built ammo box in train but your idea works too

One dynamite should be enough to derail the locomotive or cause extensive damage to its drive wheels, rendering the train motionless unless it can be repaired from the outside.
in a game where there can be 27 tnt in a squad i think itd slow the game to a crawl

engineer are rare enough as is and they will be under fire every time in the open when people can just yeet another TNT in. The defenders would never win
