You own the Elite pass? The Gold is only available to Elite pass Owners.

For “free to play” players the only gold they can receive is the last one at level 60 which is 100G, other than that don’t expect to get anything of value if you don’t put some money into “Elite Battle Pass”. For real every game that has this kind of season pass / battle pass does the same, you only get rewards that are labeled as “free” unless you pay for it.
