This bug is not fixed completely, now TNT charge can be picked up after placed on ground, but cannot be picked up after placed on vehicles. I reopened the issue after I found the bug still partially exist, but forced to close by an employee @117481583, and blocked comment.

Wow, I never think of picking up TNT after placed it.
BTW, they have never fixed or confirmed any bugs recently.
All they replied are either not a bug, or support.

This feature is added long time ago, but broken after paratrooper major update.
Or more likely just left unread and unlabelled.

A new post had been uploaded to CBR with description of that unfixed part.
There is no change to that bug since you marked the new report as fixed at beginning of the last week.
