I am trying to max out my AT Gunner squad and I’m sick of tanks sitting hundreds of meters away where I can’t reach them and wiping my whole squad. What is the point of AT Gunners if they can’t kill tanks?
AT gunners are worth using only if you have panzerfaust or panzerschreck. Other than that it’s a waste of time.

You definitely need the Panzerfaust or Panzerschreck to get them at the back of the map, once you have that with a bit of practice they are your to destroy at your leisure.
Mark the tank, align the horizontal and eyeball the arc of the trajectory on the vertical.
Yeah normandy is my favorite in terms of having options to take out grey zone camping tanks, but moscow is just pain
Moscow needs to add a Panzer??? of some kind to deal with teh unbalanced nature of one side having this

This time i can’t fully agree because of the GrB-39(!). The first time, i got one was on Moscow campaign long time ago and it was put out of service again instantly for being useless. Since then i get used to it and nowadays i really like that thing for it’s efficiency against any tank it faces.
(And hell yeah, it feels so good to turn Grants, Shermans, T-50s and T-34s into oversized torches. <3)
I used GrB only in stalingrad and I was unimpressed. Although Moscow has lighter tanks (yet) so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s decent there.
Although sights are underdeveloped trash.

It really sucks that the sights still do not work, same issue with rifle grenades.
Despite that it works great on Tunesia and especially on Moscow. Only the premium Pz.Kpfw.IV E (with HEAT grenades as well) performs better against enemy armor.

M9 Bazooka is better than both IMO. Flatter arc with good enough pen makes it easier to use at range.

I dont know if they fixed it in a silent patch but the Post Pen Damage of the GbR39 is much better again (at least for me recently).
It is fairly reliable for taking out lighter Armor in Tunisia (I have killed Grants with it by Aiming near the 75mm Sponson), Stalingrad, Moscow (great for killing T28s since they are the size of a house).
You are correct about the sights. Its Zeroed to 75m with no way to Adjust (like it had historically) them.
Once you have enough practice its better , but can be frustrating.
