Buff The Ross Rifle Mk.III Rate Of Fire

Hey guys! This is a very basic request:

The Ross Rifle Mk.III is a straight-pull rifle, but has underwhelming stats compared to other weapons of this type. The Mannlicher M1895 is also a straight-pull rifle, while the Winchester is a lever-action rifle with similar characteristics. Fortunately, it does maintain ADS already, but I would like to see it’s rate-of-fire buffed, so it can be comparable to the Mannlicher, and also be a sidegrade to the Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk.1.

Ross Rifle Mk.III: Rate of Fire increased from 60 (69) RPM to 66 (76) RPM.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments! I am also pairing this suggestion with a straight-pull rifle for Japan, if there is any concern for balance in the Pacific or Burma.

I’m pretty sure the sights also need to be fixed, I think they are incorrect ingame and the front sight needs to be aimed like this.

I wonder how many :fish:did he hit, I expect to see that change in next update/patchnote!

Excellent idea! for Commonweatlth players, choosing between a quicker single-clip loading rifle or a slower dual-clip rifle with more capacity is a interesting tactical choice, whilst still presenting us with two viable and extremely capable rifles to choose from. Think of how you can choose between a Garand or a Johnson rifle, same principle, both viable, reload and ammunition capacity is slightly different allowing you to choose what suits your tastes best!

Just going to chill an old suggestion of mine, currently the (incorrectly named by WW2) SMLE Mk III is just a straight up worse version of the No. 4 Mk I. Giving them new fantasy stats to differantiate them isn’t really a option I think fondly of, so I would preffer it if they made the SMLE and No. 4 virtually the same. Here’s my suggestion for that: Rework stats of Lee-Enfields
