The Type Ko premium semi auto rifle is a nice gun, yet its reload time way worse than most other semi auto rifles in its class…
terrible 5.4 seconds reload. Buff it to make it competitive to other semi auto rifles, to about 3.5 seconds.

even the Gewehr 41, which is not good, has faster reload (4,8sec) and +1,0 more damage
3.5 would make it the second fastest dual-clip loaded rifle in the game, just behind the Johnsons already insane 3.4, this is too much (I have even advocated in the past for increasing the Johnsons reload time to 3.6 because the animation is unrealisticly fast).
3.8, just above average, is the lowest I’ll consider, otherwise it’s a really unfair buff.

I just noticed the Ko’s damage is actually quite low, with that in mind I think it could actually be as low 3.5, it’ll look awful with the animation just like the Johnson so maybe increasing the damage too as well as with a more modest reload time speedup is probably the best solution.
These stat changes should take inspiration of the Japanese Type 4, which is 14.9 damage and 4.0 second reload.
i mean, nobody uses the johnson even with that reload speed, so giving it to a premium only version of the johnson in the same BR isnt going to move the needle very much
Well, this rifle also has terrible aiming devices that block most of the screen
I’d absolutely love the Ko to have a slightly faster reload even just as second quicker. I’ve been really enjoying the squad since picking them up recently and I love the gun, but that reload just feels a tad too sluggish.
