The MP28 is far too weak for no reason. it’s historical firerate was higher than represented in game (550-600 rpm as opposed to the in-game 500-550), it also had 32r magazines availible and It’s accuracy should also be better, most likely similar or slightly worse than the lanchester.
I’d suggest buffing the firerate and either giving it a larger magazine or improving the accuracy. I don’t believe this should cause balancing issues, as it’s counterparts, the sten and the PPD box are already way better than it, this would simply even things out.

All guns have lower firerate due to the upgrade system as for ther higher capacity mags they already exist on the Axis founder’s pack for Normandy which makes em exclusive so they won’t give higher capacity versions.
The fully upgraded firerate is still lower than it’s actual irl firerate. By around 50rpm.

Would be neat to see higher firerate and accuracy then.
Make a bug report then providing the historical and ingame firerate, as for the accuracy they have added RNG despersion so all guns habve been negatively affected in terms of Accuracy.

Yet the MP28 is still way worse than the lanchester accuracy wise, which is basically a direct copy.
You got nothing to lose better make it a bug report.
