Whats the reason of even using them when SMGs do everything what they could do but better. Why every game must treat them as some low distance weapon that become unusable at 10m distance? I just got the BP Winchester and its one of the worst weapons I ever played with, barely could hit anyone with it. Somehow the sawed off from April Fools works way better despite having worse stats

Shotguns niche lie in massed use on Engineers in low BRs.
But I do wish they were more useful other than that…

They could buff the range to be more realistic and they should let us use shotguns on more classes. I want to use a shotgun on my flamethrower dudes. It would also be cool if they could go to pilots, ever since I started playing, I hvae wanted to give my pilots the M30 drilling.
Out of likes for today so I will do this instead.

because shotguns are funny to use and are more stylish than SMGs
Shotguns should perform like they do in RS2.
