Buff at rifle's ability to break outer parts

AT rifle is now excellent at breaking legs but it ia way to hard to break the barrel with it. I mean I see the analysis screen that I hit the barrel with the entire meg but still nothing happen to it.

It has to have enough penetration to damage it, and barrels are thick
