Now since BR 3-4 Has its own lobbies sometimes i think its high time we give what was rightly taken from us back.
There are plenty of weapons and vehicles even new ones that would be perfect for a nice throwback at the old campaigns… and for me a reason to try out BRIV seriously.
I also mention moscow as its cool having these locked to low tier but for me i don’t want to play that but also get bored of the high tier maps… why not have compromise here.
Wouldn’t that be the legacy squads too?

That’s the way I see it, but it seems to be too controversial. I actually absolutely enjoyed when they unlocked all maps for all BRs, and I felt in the minority. As for some people the drawbacks seem to be stronger than the potential or having the ultimate Enlisted.
As you say now we have plenty of gear that wasn’t available back then which is great. Currently there’s obvious compromises we have to endure, simply because there is no other way with the current BR system. Such as time traveling King Tiger, Pershings and IS tanks. But I want to see Flak 88 in Tunisia (or Moscow). The recently added Sturmpanzer which is BR II, and that’s cool, but I want to see a KV-2 in Moscow also.
And lastly having SVT rifles, PDD-34/38 in Moscow or PPSH-41 in Stalingrad should be the norm. But right now everything is so scrambled it’s hard to make sense between BRs and historical theatres of war. I really dislike the system they had to come up with, yet I get why they did it. War is not fair and if the game followed a completely historically “accurate” BR system, it’s obvious some factions would be left out with their early war gear against more advanced weaponry.
Moscow need to be played at up to BR5, it’s the most generic campaign only monastery could be disallowed as it’s based around real thing (so no BR5)
BR4 Tunisia is needed, Tiger 1, MG42 and all Berettas shall be allowed to be played there.
I think they should do a weekend all br for all map thing like how black ops 2 had double exp weekends but for maps maybe every 2 weeks also maybe a monthly event where everyone gets historical lineups and fights on campaigns that saw those weapons and vehicles
In my opinion some of the maps need changes to be playable in higher BR’s but designed that issue I don’t see much problem making all maps playable for every br
Americans need Churchill NA75 at BR4 for Tunisia as well.
american TDs might actually be able to use their mobility in tunisia too

I prefer sacrificing Tiger 1, but avoid seeing Panther, STG 45, Kiraly, Sherman Jumbo and Sherman 76mm, etc. in 1940-43 North Africa.
you’re gonna see chinese volunteers and volkssturm guns regardless so why even care about that at this point
VG1-5 is tolerable but STG45 is so much worse i guess
Hopefully one day we can see KV-1, T-34, PPSH-41 vs StuG, Panzer IV, MG-42 in Stalingrad and nothing above. I feel like tanks it’s the biggest immersion breaking for me. But I really want to see the return of PPD-40 back in Battle of Moscow, along with other early war weaponry that was way ahead of its time. Right now it’s the time to have the ultimate Enlisted we didn’t had back then.
Besides the whole BR system is wack anyways, and it’s been for a long time. I don’t know why we get so hung up about it, and how we’ve just come to normalize it over time. The way I see it, it can always evolve. We know currently things don’t make sense and there’s no correlation with the year a weapon entered service and the damage it does. A bullet is a bullet. A bullet doesn’t care if it was made late in the war or early on. Including those early war light tanks with automatic cannons. Which in game are laughably bad, but I’m sure those were devastating in real life. Again, things don’t make sense in this game, but we could be more open minded to having a broader BR.

Fighting against Panther or Jumbo in Tunisia is anti fun for me, that’s why I’m against it.
