Okay so… With how enlisted is set up: Do you really want UK and USA having to fight over maps? Or do you just want the british to get one map, Tunsisa. If so I can bet you that america will still be used more.
It was once US joined war, deal with it. And British did basically nothing until then, only hiding on their island.
Only thing they did is betray Czechs and not helping Poland. Then they watched France to get completely screwed.
Oh, I forgot thw running from Dunkirk…

This is very true, The British are a major part in early war, But late war the USA basically took over, I mean hell most of the UK forces started to switch over to US weapons. Tanks and planes were a different story, Past stuff like the firefly, Sherman II, Which were British mods of American designs basically.
Also on the topic of prem squads: So you’re fine with Germany + Italy getting theirs but the USA would just get a “lol sucks that the UK is now it’s own faction.”
The UK also fills a great role inside the US as a subtree.

I don’t know why you think America and Britain would fight over maps, as if there’s any sort of lack of maps.
All of the Pacific is going to be American, America spear headed the invasion of Germany. If anything America has and will have an over abundance of maps while Britain not so much. So I think there’s nothing wrong with an independent Britain fighting on its own maps.
With the upcoming major overhaul there won’t be any sort of individual match maker, just click and you get thrown somewhere.
Maybe you end up in Berlin, maybe you end up as an American Normandy map, and maybe you’d end up as some British Normandy map
The only British Premium Squads in Normandy are a plane and two tanks. The majority are American. Let’s not act like America would be losing an arm
And remember I said for now a British Normandy faction because Tunisia is a bit stickier because it’s two double factions.
Yeah, BR with soft rules means basically nothing. It just throws you somewhere and that’s why your non-player-friendly suggestion is good idea.

They would have to remove those who flamethowers squads which would upset the people who bought them, And trust me they’ve already pissed off the stalingrad players.
This whole idea of “The british should be their own faction” wouldn’t work in this game, HLL tried it and as far as I heard the BRITISH SUCK there, I’m foreseeing that happening here.
As far as I can tell from what i’ve seen of this dude over all, He wants a Semi historical game.
War isn’t fair and he is kinda wanting that, The british would get bodied later on with Semi automatics, God forbid they fight STG-44s and such.
Sure they have tons of tanks and planes, But do they have fitting semi automatics? no they hated the m1 garand, And prefered their Lee and bolt actions, They made no real effort to implement a new semi-automatic rifle. So G41s, G43s, STG-44s and the like would just be deadly to them meaning no one would play top tier UK.
With the UK and USA working together it would allow them a much larger ability to fight and handle the enemy.
IMO: France, UK, USA should be under the allies.
USSR, Poland, Czech should be under the Soviets.
Germany, Italy, Minor axis should be under the axis.
Japan, Any pacific axis or handful of German prems if they for some reason ever add any, should be under the Japan/pacific axis tree.

This is why I said to group everything based on coalitions, with each coalition having its own tech tree (Allies East, Allies West, Axis Europe, Pacific Allies, and Pacific Axis)
Allies East- Soviets, Greece, Poland
Allies West (will include Africa Front)- US, Britain, NZ, Australia, Canada, CW, Ethiopia, Denmark, Norway, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Holland
Axis Europe- Germany, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Yugoslavia and Finland
Pacific Allies- US, NZ, Australia, Netherlands, Philipines, CW, China, Mongolia, Soviets
Pacific Axis- Japan, Thailand
You play as one of these factions, which include their own unique weapons, vehicles, and squads.

It’s just like some people complain about the PPSh. I say it should be in every single Eastern Front battle (because it was) while others say it should only be in Berlin because something something baylance
If Britain primarily used bolt actions so be it. I know we would face all sorts of hell, but that’s just the part and parcel of a war game

alot of people ignore the british efforts in the war
to the point that and as fun as i remember that when the british faction was added to COH alot of players would kick said people out due to “Britain doing nothink”
