some ww1 weapons kinda better than the current weapons we have in the game

there’s nothing i would love more than to rock the og gewehr 98 without a dust cover or fat trench mag or scope

Why not, DF already brought in Cowboy and Indian guns with the Winchester 1866, it was a gun that helped decimate Custer at Little Big Horn, but didn’t (as far as I can see) spend a day in WW2. 
Of course, I love the gun in level one, so I am in no way unhappy with it, just find it odd.
