Theres a lot of vehicles and guns that are in the game that isn’t widely used in ww2 but made its way into the game by Premium squads, Gold weapon orders, Events, and BR5 TT so why can’t this weapon stay? Instead of giving heavy nerfs or waiting 1 week after the public got see it in action it got sent to the void.
If it was the only suppressed smg being added into the update I wouldnt see a problem but the thing is 2 other nations got suppressed guns as a premium squads so instead of seeing 3 of the 4 factions with cool guns ( japans m2 looks like a block of wood ) now its going to be a paid update with a new map. If its possible gives us a event with the ussr suppressed smg (4 guns in total ) in this update or just leaving the gun in the update with heavy nerfs to its accuracy, weapon handling, and movement while holding it or making it to 1 class only like assaulters.
you guys added a 20 round magazine to a existing weapon that people has been asking for a while and saying well this is good enough for our amazing summer update while removing what a lot of people wanted to see ( suppressed weapons in TT ).
please keep the gun in the update as a tt item and not making it a event weapon that you have to gamble for with a 2-3% chance of getting it over the other guns that also has a low chance of pulling @MajorMcDonalds @Euthymia07-live

Yeah, I hope silenced/suppressed weapons will make it into TT as well.
I just hope that’s going to be case across all factions, not just specific one.

Lol, no. We didn’t write so many posts about removing it just to bring it back. As I already said, the best option is to make the PPSh-41 (S) the weapon of the Soviet guerrilla event squad.

Exactly. Weapons with silencers in World War II were the preserve of some special forces squads. They weren’t weapons that could be issued to just anyone.

They just need to have proper tradeoffs for them to not be just straight upgrade to classic weapons as they’re currently.
That could be achieved numerous ways. Even bigger dmg difference compared to now, significantly harsher dmg dropoff, reduced bullet velocity and so.
I think it’s pretty toxic to lock out unique features/mechanics only behind paywall and time limited events.

Being in br5 would make them expensive and to upgrade them would make them more expensive. Maybe if they were still in the update you would see a lot of them but over time better weapon tt would replace them like the new avt-40 20 round magazine or the rd44 with good handling and if they do give it massive nerfs it wouldnt be viable as a main gun just as a secondary and theres a lot if premium squads running around with them at all BR

It is funny you don’t mind it with FG or king tiger. Or numerous other stuff. For example AS-44 was made only in ±7 pieces if I remember correctly.
Obvious double standard.
Suppressed weapons are a really unique kind of weapon type, and I feel like making them available in the tech tree would “diminish” their uniqueness

the only uniqueness they have atm is the premium squads they come in and the removed GO shop and im sure a lot of people that had GO tickets got suppressed weapons when they were available. so only players that have been playing for a while has them while newer players can’t obtain them like they used to
I would love to see suppressed weapons in TT not in premium squads or behind silver crates the only people that benefits from the gun not being added would be veterans that already have premium squads with suppressed guns or GO tickets guns that is no longer available to get. gives new players a reason to get to br5 instead of the same gun with different magazine sizes/ fire rates please
im fairly sure there are more reasons to get to br5 than potentially a suppressed gun

clearly but its basically the same thing for each faction when it comes to gameplay assaulter squads with assault rifles, riflemen with semi auto guns, and machine gunners this would have given players a reason to keep playing in a new faction or continuing down the tt.
Actually making suppressed weapons exclusive to giirella sounds [you get it?] like a good idea.

its literally worst for gameplay. why would anyone wants a person near or even on your spawn point with suppressed guns where your confused bots haven’t even take 10 steps. I would only give it to assaulters and keeping it br5 only while premium/event squads can be at any br they see fit

It can be always buffed/nerfed in some way. Even adding guirela slots like vehicles is an option (in theory).
At least it makes thematic sense.

This is a logical fallacy. “Hey guys, two nations get premium squads with supressors, so lets give soviets a TT one, that will balance out the game”. That is why it should be a premium/event. Just because two nations get a small 5man squad with supressors, why should soviets get a TT supressor that can be put on any soldier capable of using an SMG? If anything, that makes it even more unfair.
