hehe.
i don’t make promises.
after all, as much i stand by my claim that you can kill tigers frontally, i don’t see why i shouldn’t use the terrain as my advantage ( so should you ).
what’s the password.

come on.
i have my lunch ready.
no offense but hurry up.
1234
also… alt account?
gonna be fun
well, rip my tank.
serves me right for not bringing the binos on the commander xd ( even though i was sure to have them )
so tbh haven’t even saw you despite knowing the general direction.
anyway, gg
as you can see, you kinda proved my point too coincielment and ambush do work.
but as far as it goes ( yes, copium ) it is not one encounter that determines all of them
for those who wants to know what happened, here is a link.
The only thing i proved was that you dont know what you talking about
And what kind of ambush?
I was in my spawn you started shooting smoke shells while trying to flank my Tiger 2(H) what also was proof for that Sherman with the 76mm cant deal with the Tiger2(H) from the front🤣
even your “just shoot the cupola” failed you
And you can edit your comments as much as you want im just screenshoting it every time
And you can go only deeper than this
Checkmate
i tried something new actually. which i had the feeling it would have worked.
the idea was to pop some smoke shells, around the hangars. so that you would have looked in that general direction. and see if you would have stopped inside your spawn.
then i tried to jump down use the bino and see your general direction.
what i didn’t expected, was you to somehow see me through the dense forest.
it wouldn’t have failed, if i have spotted you in time
yes
i hardly think that.
anyway, brb. my lunch is prolly cold…
Excuse
As i said you only can go deeper than this
Every time when you commenting something different about this
no… you seem to be missing the point.
which it all started with:
which, you can.
i, and some other people managed to do just that, by shooting the cupola.
now, there is an argument that i did failed to do that.
no shame in admitting defeat. ( and how once again, it is totally on my for wasting my time thinking i had the binos when i did not )
but i would like to remind you that one encounter do not defies all of them.
and after all, you can still, pen them on the cupola. Even if i failed to put it into practice this one time.
sure, we could argue that it might depends by lots of things, but, if you do manage to see the opponent, and land a shot at his cupola before he sees you, you’ll might be able to kill it.
granted, many things can go wrong, or right.
but in the end, it is absurd to claim that shermans cannot do anything against tigers.
Unfortunately unless you want to diverge from historical accuracy, you will have to deal with superior german tanks. They can give the M26 Pershing which did see minimal action and in theory it may have faced german armor but it was inconsequential. If you can find me a record of Pershing fighting a tiger that would be cool, however, the Americans/Allies had to deal with their inferior shermans and tank destroyers when facing the superior german Armor.
That’s already a thing.
For example Puma is on BR2 fighting mostly early war tanks jsur because light “tanks” do not have any special feature to make the viable at higher BRs.
Historical inaccuracies are already a thing. BUT… They could add prototypes like T29 to combat balance issues.
This is not true, light tanks are still great at top tier/br at what they do which is attacking soft targets i.e. lightly armored targets or infantry. They have fast reload and most of them are pretty nimble in comparison to heavy tanks and medium tanks and the autocannons absolutely shred infantry. They aren’t great at attacking armored targets because they are not mean’t to do so. At least, not WWII tanks. Cold war/Modern day light tanks follow different doctrine and need to be able to penetrate heavy composite armor.
I don’t understand. Puma is on BR2, that’s true.
I was refering to this part:
Puma can be BR3. BR2 is not it’s relative rank at least in War thunder. Puma is capable of engaging the T34s and infantry/soft targets. It’s overall better than any BR2 tank because of its speed, majority of BR2 tanks have weak armor.
I meant devs do not want to give it higher BR just because it’s light tanks. I didn’t mean it’s useless against higher BRa.
Elsdorf Germany 26 February 1945 German camouflaged Tiger 1 takes out M26 Pershing “fireball”
On 26 February, a T26E3 named Fireball was knocked out in an ambush at Elsdorf while overwatching a roadblock. Silhouetted by a nearby fire, the Pershing was in a disadvantageous position. A concealed Tiger tank fired three shots from about 100 yd (91 m). The first penetrated the turret through the machine gun port in the mantlet, killing both the gunner and the loader. The second shot hit the gun barrel, causing the round that was in the chamber to fire with the effect of distorting the barrel. The last shot glanced off the turret side, taking off the upper cupola hatch. While backing up to escape, the Tiger became entangled in debris and was abandoned by the crew. Fireball later was recovered and repaired.
German tank crew be like Mission successfully failed
huh i thought it the story where the tiger thought the pershing was one of them so they didnt fire i guess that another tank then (or possibly another pershing idk i saw it on yarnhub channel)
people dont like pixel hunting specially if the KT are on long range. also it is much easier to drop 250kg bomb on top of KT than aim for cupola.
