Move PPSHs, 50 round Thompson and Suomi to br4.
Theres no reason for them to stay in br5 since tokyo arsenal and 39m is in br4.

Maybe not all smg but the TT ones could.
The cönders, LAD or the 100 round thompsons might be a bit to much for BR 4.

Compare the rate of fire of PPD-40 and Tokyo Arsenal
PPDs are what… 800-900RPM?
Tokyo Arsenal is 1200RPM
Its got higher rate of fire and DPM than PPsH-41 at BR V
But only 50 rounds compared to the 71 rounds the soviet get.

the tokyo arsenal also has 8mm bullet which does more damage per bullet than the PPD as well

Only 50 Round Thompson deserves to be put at BR4 as they need 100 round ver in a TT. Soviets already have too many overpowered smgs they don’t even more at BR4.

Agree, anything lower than 100 round SMG should be in BR4
SMGs are completely pointless in BR5 with the Assault Rifles existing, doing the exact same thing as them but at longer ranges.

Király was moved down to BR4 because Axis would have had a TT SMG on BR4.
Though I firmly believe to this day that its rightful place is BR5 and must get its historically accurate dispersion somewhere between 0.50-0.57!

The higher rate of fire is not really an advantage.
The rate of fire tokyo arsenal is just excessive, you are just wasting your bullets.
And add NKVD thompsons to US tech tree
