If all paras will be at highest br that wouldnt be fair.
English ones in normandy have 6 lmg meanwhile in tunisia they just have smgs
Italians can equip 6 flamethrower.
Germans have fg42 + grenadethrower
Japanese and american ones at pacific have relatively less powerfull gear.
Will they all be at same br ?
Another unknown is free paras. Theyve said they will add free ones after merge.
What will be their br ?
And what kind of gear they will use after dropped ?

I´m not gonna waste brainpower on something that I´m gonna find out in a few months anyway. âWorrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it doesnât get you anywhere.â We can still complain about it once the merge happened don´t worry just enjoy the current game while you still can.

obv BR need to be proportional to power level. the paras with FG42 must have a much higher power level than the weak ones from pacific or the current event. also the sold ones must have max BR due to their weapons.
in general paratrooper squads need to have a BR increase of 1 or 2 after taking their weapons into account, since them being able to jump around the map makes them stronger (and much more annoying for new, lower BR players) than normal squads.

Paras should be able to use the multi class rifles as well as SMGs. Through squad upgrades they can unlock the special equipment options in the supply box, and upgrade them. So for example, as Germans you can unlock the default AT squad in the supply box, which has GrB 39, and then upgrade it to have Panzerfausts; MG 13 to MG 34, sniper Kar98k to sniper G43, grw36 to grw42.
They have explicitly said that they want them to remain âspecialâ event/premium squads.
I think they have 3 tiers of Paratroopers so far, low, mid and high.
USA/UK
Low - Pacific US paratroopers
Mid - Tunisia British paratroopers
High - Normandy British paratroopers
Germany
Low - Tunisia Italian paratroopers
Mid - Normandy Germany paratroopers
High - Berlin Germany paratroopers (leaked rumor)
Japan
Low - Currently only the event ones available in Pacific
Soviets
High - Berlin Soviet paratroopers (leaked rumor)
This does not include the premium paratroopers, just the event ones. Both the Normandy premium paratroopers are very similar to the event ones for Normandy.

So, low allied itâs paired low axis in pacific but high allied itâs paired to mid axis in normandy? That does not work.
New paratroopers will be equipped with a variant of StG-44 and AT-44.
