The squad is OP on BR2, with an unlocked full engineer and a AT Gunner with Panzerfaust 60. Stop it.
You forgot the working mechanism of BR, if, I mean if. If the MP40 with a silencer is adjusted to level 2, after which, when this team carries Panzerfaust 60, its BR will become 3. Similarly, if the AT soldier only carries MP40, then this team’s BR will be 2.
