Description:
Due to the lack of armored troop transport for the Red Army, Major G.M. Kazimirov came up with an “infantry box” that could be welded to the rear of the vehicle. Additionally, the tank had compartments on the side of the vehicle, which allowed external infantry to provide additional fire support from behind an 8mm armor plate.
Gameplay:
I could see this vehicle being used by a regular tank squad, however with the added functionality of having players spawn onto it as if it were a mobile rally point. However as the tank gets close to objectives, it looses the ability to receive new squads, just like regular APCS.

Good tanks stay the hell out of CPs/ close range. I dont know how much it will help infantry to spawn at their own spawns.
Beside that, it would be a hard “APC” to be killed.
no, a tank is a tank, this is not an apc and you know they are few things who can be used like the konsole or whatever is the name as apc

soviet players try not to ask for a literal tank as an APC: challenge impossible

yup,despite they are at least 2 vehicles who could be used as APC
well, to be fair, some of the japanese players asked for the ka chi sponson tank to be an apc.
anyway,
as it goes for the suggestion it self, personally, i’m not opposed.
i think it could get the same treatment as the 251/9.

questions are many,
like, how efficient it would be.
or why would you use a tank opposed as hiding a truck behind a building.
but, personally, i don’t mind.
hence, indeed an unique and cool event.
after all, ussr does not have that many apcs.
so why not.

This is hilarious and they should add it as an event vehicle.
I think it would work as an APC, it would just have to be a high BR given that it is literally a T-34. At least 1 or 2 BRs higher than the regular t-34/76. Its also got those nice extra hull MGs.
It got the same Hull mg as the T-34/57 but that one is also not useable. The othere MGs are outside of the tank which would not be manned by default.
they should get the t-20 komsolets as an APC which is similar in profile as the universal carrier
