Yes French colonial troops would be a good idea. Also while not FFI I do recall there being some French civilians in the Pacific who joined the Allies.
The French Army fought in the desert war so Id just give them standard French Army uniforms if I were DF.
Ive mentioned before my idea of a tech tree of France-Poland-Belgium-Netherlands in which case the FFI guerillas could be Free Dutch guerillas which definitely existed.
