So there all mased up now, I thought it was random chance that BR III would show in BR I-II?

It kinda sucks we see all this 44 kit in BR I-II matches now

Is 50/50 you can join 4,5 as 1,2 with BR3

Thought it depends on the other players and how many play what BR.

i would assume you join oldest queue with br3 if br1-3 and br3-5 are both present to populate. i would also assume that only if the one creating new queue(e.g. no players in any queue) is br3 player then you have 50/50 chance.

but it also depends on logic in algorithm. does it have players in queue and then creates match, or it creates match and then it populates from players in queue.

The official in game is 50/50 chance … between the 1-2 pool and the 4-5 pool … however it does not seem to take into account if one pool is larger… for example (not saying this is what it is cuz I don’t know):

If:

  • BR 1 - 2 has 60% of the playerbase
  • BR 3 has 10% of the playerbase
  • BR 4-5 has 30% of the playerbase

Then you will actually have a 33% chance to play high br and 66% chance to play low br due to the pool being larger.

Again: this is speculation as there has been no confirmation of how this works … this is mostly just assumed based on what I see. If anyone has evidence or more details of how it works, it is most welcome.

depends which nation is stacked.

I found that if you play the stacked nation you get alot more down tiers.

If you play the underdogs, you get alot more uptiers to fill the numbers.

Which funnily enough just makes it even more punishing to play the underdogs.

in anycase, it certainly hasnt been 50/50
