I understand it is not impossible to hit pilots in aircraft, however it happens much too often. I’ll usually be flying around or in a dogfight and bam a random bot headshots my pilot from 2km away. These hits are ridiculous and the distance a bot can target a pilot should at least be nerfed.
yep its an classic and allready adressed couple of times. I rly hope they will fix this asap even if i know its something they need to reprogram with the AI which can mess up with alot of other things asw on the ground. Programming is a b like that ^^ So with that said youre not the only one 
Good. planes are super annoying and OP already. Ground forces need a good counter and if thats bots pilot sniping you then good.

wouldnt call them OP since it does take some skills to operate them and put good bombs along with strafes. Your infantry can dodge them most of the times by going in cover or staying in so to speak. So can tanks by staying mobile and sneaky
its hard to avoid endless bombing attacks. Also its not that hard to accurately bomb. Thousands of players are doing it right now in warthunder. its easy to transition to a cockpit to do the same thing.
Putting down the bomb isnt that hard (well can be at times very accuratly though). Finding targets, is when people are not marking properly. Ex bombing 2 to 0 infantry troops wont do you no good since you need to then go back and rearm which then becomes dangerous because of backstabbing air hunters ^^. Its why i usually save mine until i get a good target then strafe with mg to spot them when it comes to inf. But since infantry moves fast even that can be daunting. Sometimes you get lucky sometimes not at all even if you put the bomb right next to them.
But sure to add it do happens i spot bomb tactically as well by judging where friendlies are and where enemies might come incl fire lines spotted…but thats a gamble
Then comes the great AA and Fighters which is the equalizers here which makes it even harder for the bombers to accurately put them along with spots since they need to keep low profile
Unlike your average suicide bomber, I actually aim rockets and bombs. Tanks are my main target unless I see a large group of infantry (yes, you can kill tanks with RBS-82s)
However ground attack is not my main thing either.
You see, I am aware the aircraft has something called “guns”. And I use said guns to take out aircraft (hence the first P-51 being my favourite so far, I completely ignore it’s bombs and go fight enemy aircraft).
What I find annoying is the fact that while i’m trying to help my team not get close air support’d, a random bot will snipe me, letting the enemy aircraft survive (not always, but usually).
As for aircraft being OP, anything is overpowered if you handle it correct. Suicide bombing will not net you as much kills as repeated bombing and strafing runs OR anti-air gameplay. As soon as you say aircraft are OP, that logic mainly also states artillery, tanks, and even detpacks are overpowered (run a squad of 7 detpacks and you’ll see how devastating they are at capture points). Aircraft are not OP, they require skill to be effective, just as every single weapons or vehicle in this game is.
Obviously, a few have a slight upper hand, but this is usually extremely far up the campaign, requiring a lot of work to do so.
Ah, I see. I don’t mind bots sniping me as long as it isnt from insanely far. A hit while i’m going in a straight line around 300-400m away would be better imo.

You can somehow avoid them by juking yourself out of there constantly moving. As you expect them every time to fire at you. But yeah its annoying af when they pull off an sniper shot with an simple carbine to your head in an fast turn way out from the obj. Especially sometimes (even if it dont happen often) youre heading in towards the obj. I strafe run alot now when having an Fighter with only mg and no bombs and it works most of the time until that occasionally AI Terminator turns up ^^

i dont play this game to fly a fighter. i do when i have too but highly annoying.
