How about a bonus like “Best tanker” etc. for playing safely?
No penalty - just a bonus, sometimes it takes a lot to capture a single point.
That may incentivise people to camp, snipe and tank more than they currently do (which is alot). If any bonus we need to make defending and capturing worth more.

Im all for quick chat we definitely need that but you can tell these people all you want most will just hide in the wrong house and let them capture with no resistance lol

no missions , no team play , isn’t fun, extremely small maps, just boring like a stupit deathmatch game i know too early game but in this game desing someting really wrong ,i can’t feeling a war atmosphere.
Try to hide from artillery playing on speakers while tanks driving around 
well, no offence. but those people that " carry " the team, i guess they deserve a bit more.
i’m already happy that despite if you lose, you still gets battle awards.
