Blocking User functionality

Hi,

What is the Block User function about? I expected that it prevents I will ever play against this user again. Obviously this doesn’t work so there must be some other purpose?

I blocked a player/cheater after the first game. And in the next game the very same player was again in the opponent’s team.

ps. give the Axis in BR 2 paratroopers like all other nations. This is heavily unfair! (just wanted to note)

sometimes u meet cheater and ban them after battle but u can still see them in next game,it really meakes me feel uncomfortble
