Is anyone else having problems, using the binoculars?

In what way. I use them on my tank commander and they work great
Since they updated the new season, I can’t use mine. Everytime I use them; my Commander goes back in the hatch. BTW, did they reset your rank?

rank reset happens with each Battle Pass, yes (good thing, cos you get to acquire unlock rewards each season)
check your key binds maybe? might have a conflict?? (if you are console I have no idea)

On Ps5 too, yes check controls, for me I have triple up Dpad for commander position, double up for binocs.
Some tanks don’t allow binocs, generally tell as it it says no personal weapons option when you try.
Have no problems on Infantry. Can You specify your issue with them?

I sometimes buy binoculars but I did not know someone really uses them.
Now I am honestly interested about this subject and the persons themselves 
I use them in my AT gunners and my artillery soldiers.

It has to do with the changes they made to button priorities for consoles. It’s messed up several of my key bindings because it overrides conflicting bindings with others, or executes both in a non-intuitive way.
You’ll have to rebind either whatever command is overriding your binoculars or for the binoculars themselves
Hopefully they will roll back this unnecessary change before too long
