Binoculars in Tiger II (H): wtf is this

When I just spawned and use the binoculars, I see this correctly:

But when I turn the whole tank (not only the turret) to the left, the bino tilts to the right:

And when I turn the whole tank to the right, the bino tilts to the left:

BTW Tiger II (P) also does this, I dont know about other tanks, I dont use tanks/bino’s much.
