I am a top player and I play on 4th and 5th grades. And there is a big problem with this.
The Japanese Army only plays in the Pacific. This is currently understandable.
The German Army plays 90% in Berlin and 10% in Stalingrad. Where is Moscow? Where is Tunisia?
The US Army is playing 100% in Normandy. Where is Tunisia?
The USSR army plays 90% in Berlin and 10% in Stalingrad. Where is Moscow?
Why do we always play on the same maps because of the choice of level 5? Before the update, it was possible to play at a high level in Moscow or Tunisia. Why are these maps limited to low levels? The game has become less diverse now. After playing 10 games with the US Army in Normandy, I’ve had enough. Because there were 3 same maps in a row. A pool of all maps should be available. I see no reason to limit them based on equipment levels.
I know they are related. That’s the problem. Why will I always play Normandy if I play the US Army at level 5? I didn’t spend so many months acquiring maximum equipment to limit myself to one Map. Why can’t the US Army play in Tunisia at level 5? For me it makes no sense.
At this point the question arises whether the historical sense is good. ? Germany vs. Russia conflict. USA vs Japan etc. this is the maximum historical sense that should be preserved. Level 5 fights USA vs Germany in Tunisia wouldn’t bother anyone. And what’s more, it would provide a huge variety than playing level 5 on one Normandy map. (For the USA).
I to i would prefere all BR can play on all their historical faction map, but im not the one who you need say it, you can always open a new suggestion for ask this in a detailed way and pin a helper
Locking the maps behind a Battle Rating was a horrendous idea. My furthest progression was in Battle for Moscow USSR and now I have to painstakingly downgrade myself (swap out all the squads etc. (btw the squad management has a bad UI, you can’t even see who’s who and who’s got what equipment)) to play Moscow again. Also, when I play the US, I don’t want it to be a coinflip whether I land in Tunisia or Normandy (or the upcoming Ardennes).
Being able to choose your map and era was one of the best things in Enlisted, and what made it so much better than War Thunder. You took away that. What remains is an overcomplicated (does not not equal: complex) game with horrendous UI that is completely geared toward grind progression just like War Thunder.
It’s a shame that I ever spent money on a year-long premium pass since it was all nullified now by burying Moscow or other maps behind this awful, awful BR system… Can’t believe you actually thought this was a good idea.
For what ? The maps are hardly presenting anything that could even remotely attached to some timeline.
Stalingrad sure, but who cares ?
Technically every moscow map could be just renamed to winter 1,2,3,4,5 and so on.
