BF 109-g10 30mm vs BF 109 g14 30mm

I got some questions regarding those planes with the 30mm gunpods after the merge.
I am not really interessted in their performance in their current campaign but for use after the merge.

  1. Is there a noticable difference in their performance with the tiny bit of speed and manoverabitly or is it change neglegable? Or maybe even dmg modell etc. But I dont expect anything else to be diffrent.

  2. Are the 30mm pods good to strafe infantry with or is ammo limiting you to much?

  3. Does the lead indicator work for both the 20mm and the 30mm or just one of them?

Feel free to add anything I might be missing to make an informed decision if it would be worth to pick one of them up when they are on sale or not.

I am awear of the upcoming possible BR shenanigans hitting one harder than the othere but that then is my problem post merge.

30mm Mk 108 only has HE, so it does work wonders against infantry

Lead indicator doesn’t take into account shell velocity, but you will get used to making the right shots after a while using it

If they are using War Thunder systems then it does take it into account - the elad in WT is for the “main” armament, which will normally be considered to 30mm, and you can check by using up all the ammo from the 30mm and see it change.
