In the recent battles i realised that thr Bf-109 G-6 armament is very weak against any air target (balloons not counting 
).
I can shoot all my ammo on a single enemy plane, get a lot of hit marks, but it seems it shoot paintball balls, even if they manage to get some âcriticalâ hit they fly like nothing happened.
The most annoying thing happened in the last match when I shot an A-10, ran out of ammo, it was smoking black clouds, I saw pieces of control surfaces missing from it, yet it still managed to reload 2 times and bomb ground targets, it could even dogfight my plane if it was a little lighter.

Have you not seen the P51c with is glorious 100lb bombs? Oh man, does this suck while grinding the Fighter II.
With the component based damage model it is important where you hit. If you are iust pooring low caliber mgs into an armor plate it isnt going to do anything.

You are missing the point. It is about the Bf-109 G-6 and not the P51c, and Iâm not talking about bombs.
PS. My suggestion is to get its damage right, i cant belive it is this weak. It should be a fighter plane, not a paintball gun.

Your right. There is some problem between Fighters and Bombers. Sometimes A-20 and P-39 is also tough challange. I hunt down a lot of fighter, but when these âtough guysâ comes, their behavior like bullet sponges and they can easily turn around, go back to the capture point and bomb/rocket all the fieldâŚ
They are biger, bombers, with bigger surface, than fighters I knowâŚbut they could need a hearty balanceing.

Iâd gladly take the G6 over the P51c any day of the week. You made the claim the 109G6 was the âweakest fighter plane in the universe.â
As a fighter plane it should be able to shoot down air targets more effectively.
If you prefer bombing of course bigger bombs are better, I personally would like to use a fighter as a fighter.
And you have to hit the right spots, land that cannon, and avoid the direct six armor plate. In other words⌠Hit those wings or pilot in a deflection shot (aim for one wing, as if you hit both, youâll just balance out their lift. The instructor is crazy good and will compensate for a lot of damage. It only becomes apparent when you override him with keyboard controls.)

I know how to shoot planes, I played War Thunder a lot in the past, but it seems in Enlisted the damage output of the G6 is too low.

Can you separate the cannon with a keybind? I wonder if youâre just hitting the mgâs and not the cannon most of the time (I thought they had different trajectories) or maybe the cannon is just broken.

Currently I use all armament on the left mouse button, but I will try this out to see if it helps.

I actually like the P-51C its a fighter plane not a bomber I hardly ever use the bombs⌠Ill just drop 1 load then patrol for enemy aircraftâŚ
They buffed plane HP sometime in the last month and a half because aircraft players were complaining about getting shot down by infantry small arms and anti airâŚ
You used to be able to drop a plane with most infantry arms if you landed a good hitâŚ
yeah i used it as a fighter but mostly stopped because when ever i was in the air the enemies just stopped spawning in an aircraft
Iâll take the Bf 109 G-6 over Fw 190 anytime, actually Iâd take it over any of the German fighters. It has solid maneuverability, good guns and a great bomb. Then you have the G-10 that canât CAS and Fw 190 that from the bottom of my heart sucks so incredibly much in every aspect possible that itâs unbelievable.

I have vids of me chasing a p38 and landing 80% of my hits. The p38 is chasing the 110 to the reload. I get a full reload and empty that into the p38 again The p38 kills the 110 and then kills me
I then started using dives to the 109s slow speed. Full duve empty non stop hits into the p38. P38 breaks off while I climb back up. P38 kills my brother in the 110, reloads then after I attempt a dive attack and climb back to 13000 again. The p38 which I unloaded on before climbs faster than me while I even had the speed advantage of the dive and the ps38 ruins me.
P38 is faster and still out climbs. The energy of the 109 is needed to even get away and it still doesnât get away. Its guns can maybe take out a balloon. Comments I read say keep the energy and speed but it doesnât seem to do anything.
