Beta faces of the soldiers were animated, changed expressions constantly and blinked. Feature is missing on new faces?

Hello comrades!

Did you notice that the beta-faces of the soldiers were animated, changed expressions constantly and even blink. Awesome detail! But it seems like the new faces are missing the new faces (british, italian, custom faces in stalingrad) are completely missing that feature sadly, no blinking or expressions. Why so? It made the soldiers feel a little bit more alive. Those are two of the beta faces:

All soldiers still do that, even in Stalingrad and Tunisia.
