So, I propose adding mechanics to binoculars similar to mortars. When marking an enemy through binoculars, the distance on the mark is displayed, but only half of the time; then the mark remains, but without the distance.

binoculars should perhaps outline enemies for a few seconds to make it a more effective spotting tool as opposed to just marking them with a static blip
