What are the best tanker crew perks according to your opinion and why?

The best ones you want are improved aiming for the gunner and for the loader loading perk.
The loaders loading perk is my #1 pick.
Followed by faster repair.
Max durability of repaired parts is also good. Makes them have a bit higher odds of staying functional if hit, and helps you keep more performance after your engine is toasted and repaired.
The least useful of the unique tanker perks by far has got to be increased uses of repair kits. It is damn hard to need more than one or two, and if you need more than that semi frequently, you could just use a backpack to carry more tools.
Wow, didn’t even knew loading perk exists, i will try to get it for my crew as soon as possible.It could be gamechanger for Tiger.
Defo. It’s amazing for tanks with long reload.
To be fair I already assumed as much. I actually read in an older thread that the gunner/loader doesn’t need to have those. Even if the commander has them they work. Not sure if that is still working though or has been fixed and if this would also work with breaking/shifting gears.
The real question to me is what to pick apart from these two. Driver skills appear like another obvious choice for the driver but not everyone of the crew apparently has a need of sharing the same skills and there are a lot which appear rather situationally useful, like increased repair speed, faster fire extinguishing, more repair uses, enhanced repair durability or changing seats.
Especially with the Heart perks I’m baffled of what to take. Is there even any use for health or stamina regeneration for a tanker as long as they stay within their vehicle?
Well they have to. Even under perk it says specifically gunner/loader perk.
Eeee no. This is not WoT. Perks don’t accumulate between crew members.
Both if you want a really good/effective tank crew on the bf.
Gear shift can be handy in some situations.
Those are good for other 3 crew members. More repairs you can get them even without perk. Just buy big backpack and you can have more than one repair kit.

The top ones have already been well canvassed - vitality, loading and targeting are a must at 5 stars. Although I recently blew through 17 retrainig points without getting one of them
For heart perks less head shaking from nearby exploisions does help, as does faster heal and extra heal from med packs.
Before you get to the 5 star troopers I always take hte faster seat change.
The rest are much of a muchness IMO.
How do you hope to get vitality if no tanker (or sniper for that matter) has enough of stats for it? As a bonus, they always have enough of points for gunner and loader perks even at tier I.
I am trying to give all of them gunners perk if they need to replace main gunner. I am trying to give driver all his perks and the rest just general tank repair etc perks. One loader perk per crew is enough, I think.
If they haven’ty got the stats then they can’t get it …can they, duh!
I know ther are some modifiers but I haven’t seen them tabulated anywhere as to what the max/mins are for each class.
There was a very interesting table on that matter here in this forum. Will try to locate it again. It shows min and max for each class, rank and tier.
That’s what I was trying to say. Then again, tankers need vitality less than anybody else.
They do. I just tested it.
My commander has the gunner and loader skills and they work flawlessly. Which leaves the question if other skills like driver skills or even general skills like maximum durability for repaired parts also work for the whole crew when just one person on a whole different position has them.
