I mean, an ME-262 with rockets that act similarly to the P-38s M8s would be nice and 262s faced and lost to P-51s IRL so it’s not like it would be totally untouchable

The BF110 isn´t even that good. The P-38 is more versatile, only thing it doesn´t have is the nuclear rockets of the 110.
For sure i’m writing those comments becouse i have none of them, nor maxed both factions…
They are not comparable and stop biasing there…it’s like comparing M4A2 to Tiger E.
I prefer P-38G over Bf 110G-2 right now anytime anywhere.

Yeah but at that point might aswell rename the campaign to “Liberation of France” if they just keep adding stuff that wasn´t around in the Invasion of Normandy.
Well i menaged to get higher level Allied equipment in Pacific and since then I’m afraid to look my parents in the eyes.
Stop trolling then, japanese equipment is much worse as everyone said and as it’s right now reflected by the overall state of the game…

Pershing was first saw action in 28 february 45. This prototype made in 1944 march. Nearly 3 month before d day. Us THEORETICALLY could use this tank if it was mass produced. It was decent heavy tank but never mass produced cause reasons i wrote above.
Problem with that is P-51s used squad tactics against 262s, which are unavailable to us.

They should alredy have added more maps from inland france and name it “west front 1944-45”. Normandy can be cocpickt to launch general westfrınt but pershing in 1944 is absurd. But this tanks is more realisyic to see than pershing
If they do that, the Pershing is fine.
Pershing has better armor and cannon than this yet you still reject t 29 but why ? Balance issue ? İ want them to add pershing too but Pershing will create even more imbalance %100
Whatever, I think it´s stupid but the devs aren´t beyond pulling stupid shit. At the very list it might attract new players to the undermanned Normandy Allies.
go use the mk108s and tell me other wise because the those cannons will shred any infantry and aircraft alike and those nuclear rockets also will kills tanks too

The Bf 110 is infinitesimally better than the P-38 at CAS, as it should be because one is a fighter and one is an attacker. Furthermore, it has the only cannons in the game that can preform any decent strafing. It is harder to use than the Thunderbolt sure, but a skilled player can preform just as well with both of them, a similar situation to the Jumbo and Panther/Tiger. The Jumbo has a harder time killing tanks than either of the other tanks, but in the hands of a capable player they will preform similarly. In both cases, the more difficult one to use is placed lower.

Well Aircraft combat is buggy as hell still and even if it weren´t it´s still not as good as the P-38s 50 cals and 20mm imo. Also the rockets can only kill tanks with direct impacts wich is much harder than the P-38. I´ve seen it happen twice and I´ve been playing Normandy since it came out. Compared to the M8s obliterating tanks almost every round.
Because if you do 1944-1945, there is no reason that Pershing should not be added, while the T29 takes it’s place. Personally, I want 76 Jumbo to match KT, but if you want to go down the heavier tank route, Pershing is better for the situation you proposed.
Me262 should definitely be added to Normandy.
M8s also need direct impact to kill tanks.

And? it doesn’t matter that it takes more skill if it can be done it can be done. Just learn the drop and convergence and you are golden.
