Hi there. So I’ve been getting into the tanks of Enlisted since everyone says Germany has the best tanks, and I’m wondering which the best to focus on getting would be to help me grind up to better stuff.
I just got myself into the 234/2 LAV with the tank cannon fully upgraded (18,000 silver for max level with the %40 mod reduction… Holy shit that escalated quickly) and I’m LOVING this thing, the speed is nuts, the turret rotation with the upgrades is just perfection, and despite “only” having a 50mm, that’s more than enough to harass the hell out of enemy infantry while the ridiculous 90kmph speed means you can just nope out of bad situations with an ease no other vehicle seems to have. I wish there was a better, upgunned version later on because mobility is where the true fun lies.
That said, I need a bigger gun, so I’m looking towards my next step, suggestions? It has to at least have the 75mm for it to beat the tanks I’m facing is the impression I’m getting.
Also, aircraft. I know that the last unlock from BR1 for Germany is a ridiculously good plane that can take me to tier 3, but what plane even is the stuka? The game doesn’t seem to include nicknames. Which planes should I try out, and which should I leave by the wayside on the climb to better things?
Also, for totally innocent reasons, which vehicle has the best HE spam for each faction? >:)
Every German tank with the short 75mm, their AT capabilities is worse than the 234/2 and the Panzer III J1 but they have better ROF and a much stronger HE. If we are talking about tech tree stuff the best 2 options are the Panzer IV F1 and Panzer III N, the F1 gets more ammo while the N gets better armor. The Panzer III N also gets 7 HEAT rounds and a commander machinegun.
If you don’t mind premium stuff, the Panzer III M might be the best German tank at BR II pretty good for “dueling”, it uses the same gun as the 234/2 but it gets the best armor the Germans can get at that BR with proper angling and good aim you can fight even BR III tanks like the Shermans or T-34.
It’s basically a LAV, fast as hell, decent armament, thin armor. It’s not called an LAV in game but come on, 8 wheels, armored cabin, big cannon, that’s pretty much an LAV
depends on how good you are with dive bombing. 3x 250kg bombs give you 2 chances to kill enemy tank, but have bigger blast radius so you dont have to be that accurate. with 1x 250kg and 4x50kg you have 3 chances, but you have to be much more accurate with 50kg bombs. for newbie i would probably recommend 3x 250kg.
but the version with 3x 250 kg doesnt have 20mm cannons which are extremely effective at destroying open top vehicles, APCs and other planes. It is much less versatile.
well i have recommended something easy for newbie to learn dive bombing. D-5 requires more skill to use and be good with than D-3. only problem is that D-3 will put him in BR3 MM(thought it was BR2).
Depends at what BR. German has a decent selection. But only really “the Best” at BR 5 (off the back of the tiger 2 H, and perhaps panther to some degree)
Tigers H/E attract every man and his dog, but are easily dispatched with the 76mm and 85mm guns they will see. (basically rely on intimidation)
Soviets are arguable better BR 1-3 and no slouch at BR 4-5.
Allies are also quite good, only falling off at BR 5 (atm)
Depends what you want the bigger gun for, Killing tanks, or kill infantry.
Panzer IIIN is superb all round (BR 2), One of my favourites. mostly an Infantry Killer but Can deal with all tanks it will see via HEAT rounds (Limited rounds)
There is a Battlepass version that has a great skin and comes fully upgraded
If you want to trade reload rate for outright tank killing, you need the 75mm long. (but that starts at BR 3)
So really…if you are to stay at low BR, 50mm long cannon is probably your most consitant
IARC 81 is good enough for most (Is a fighter with an Attacker loadout). But there are many good planes. Depends what you want them for and who you are fighting against.
Solid choices: Any 109, IARC-81, Stuka D-5
Notable mention: C 202 is a superb fighter, as is the 190…but they are pure fighters and situational at
I wouldn’t recommend the Stuka D3 because it’s BR3 if my memory serve me right.
R-2 only has 1 500kg bomb and is slower than other Stukas, but at least BR2.
B2 is nothing special, 1 250 and 4 50 kg bombs, some MGs that can protect you from starter planes, BR2.
D-5 is the best Stuka, same bombs as B2, still BR2 but has 2 20mm Cannons with 500 ammo that can and will rip apart any aircraft if you can hit it that is.
Its faster than the other variants too, the only downside is that you will have to unlock both B2 and D3 before you can get the D5, making it a longterm investment.
