Vickers-Berthier since it has no moving dispersion
both germany and japan in both fields.
the mp34 is highly underrated.
type 2a is a beast, and mg13 alongside both lmgs of japan makes quick work most of the times
honorable mention, M3A1 & ppsh42 ( not quite starter smgs, but relatively quick to achieve )
