Best BR to upgrade high tier squads?

My assaulter 4, mavhine gunner 3, etc squads are all stock because I never cared about tiers and perks.

Now decided to get those end game higher tier soldiers.

BR2 sounds like a good place to grind since bolt actions are equal for everyone.

Or BR5 where stock riflemen in those squads can get FG/AVT and potentially get mote kills and XP?

i mean i guess it depend on your style i also need to upgrade my squad but i do it in br5 i would say probably low br is best for chilling and upgrading purpose

Chilling I guess yes but maybe op stuff like Cönders or G43 Kurz can bring more xp.

Guess I’ll have to run some tests.
