Same, but only USMC version. The sights are just so much better in comparison to classic Springfield.

It’s a personal preference, but in my experience, definitely.
It’s worth heading to the firing range and finding out which one suits you best.

Kar98 on Germany. Whatever the best Mosin model is on Soviets (can’t remember). Lee Enfield on Allies. I’ve never played Japan.

The most versatile will always be the Enfield Mk. 4.
Fast realod. 10 shots. Highly accurate. Low recoil.

I only use them with the Volkssturm squads from and in the Berlin map. I have max slots so if I’m playing Germany, they’ll sit in reserve until the right map pops in.
