Beretta38 (40 rounds) is the second best Axis TT SMG. If wemove it down to BR3, what will be left on BR4?

Move kyraly to BR4, honestly mab38 isn’t better than the Mp35 or zk383 it should be BR3 as well

Considering the M38 40 round is my favorite SMG for Germany/Italy … I support this move to BR III.

we already have Beretta 38/42 on BR3 and the Beretta 38 (40 rounds) on BR3 would make it redundant.

Berreta 38/42 is just a M1 Berreta with faster reload though (It should be BR II where M1 Beretta is at)

Beretta m38A 40 was the end game SMG in the Tunisian campaign. It was strong enough to fight against the Thompson 50 There is no doubt about its strength.
It’s still good in BRIV

that is cause soviet smg screwed german smg BR by being too good. m1 berreta and mp40 should have been on BR3 just like 38/42.

Its true that excellent SMGs like MP40 and PPS-43 are overkill for BR2 and makes assaulters the ultimate super class players use from BR1 to 5.

PPS-43 and 42 should have been moved to BR3 instead of MP40 and Lanchester getting moved down but whatever. Enlisted players just love picking on new players.

I like the current situation
Each camp has equipment that is obviously better in a certain class.
Too much balance will just make the environment boring

Man the Beretta sits in a weird spot.

Its an excellent SMG, but the jump from BR4 to BR5 gear is increadibly high, putting in into BR3 without moving other gear aswell would only increase this issue.

Personally I think some BR5 gear should indeed move into BR4, in order to increase BR4 effectiveness in general, while moving some MGs or semi autos from BR4 into BR3, same logic with other factions.

In my book the Beretta should share its BR4 with MKBs and Kiraly, as a mix between both weapons, but that would probably require some general rebalancing of those guns.

well as long as PPS 43 is a BR2 gun, the Beretta staying BR 4 is ridiculous.

I wouldn’t mind those stay at br4. But maybe, one day (a big maybe if) br 5 could be split in two with a br6, as long as we have +/-1 br still.

Either way, I don’t mind much about smg placement for now.
