nah, i don’t think VG 1-5 automatic version belong to main tech tree. That thing hardly ever produce (although you can say the same for Beretta M1)

The suomi is good, but not better than stg I’m sure 
Starting smg makes sense with the volks one (sure it’s poop, but it still shoot… kind of… it’s easy to max star?)
I got used to the beretta, too. Pretty underrated. Only bizzare thing is it’s Italian and by then I’m sure they didn’t have many left.
Thing I agree though: WHERE IS OUR STG44?!?

there weren’t many mp3008 and mp35 either but you need flexibilty in a game.

i would suggest giving vg1-5 to everyone
and maybe make the full auto version as either a premium or pre stg unlock for assaulters only
yeah, but unlike automatic VG1-5, they numbered in the thousands.
so, maybe just as golden order weapon. unless dev decided to go all out on less historical accuracy and start releasing things like AS44 in the main tree, i’d fine with that.
You forgot the Beretta M38. While I prefer the MP35 the M38 is still amazing with 40 rounds and almost zero horizontal recoil. The StG44 should of came out to match the PPSH 41 (though different play style)

Yet Vg 1-5 was a semi-auto gun. If there were any conversions, they numbered in single digits, at most in tens.

What you on about? Maybe in Berlin axis, but that’s like 12% of the game. If you want more then try different campaigns. And even then, it’s not worth creating fake guns over. There’s more historical smgs that could be added. If you want a fake ww2 game with non existent prototypes then go play Vanguard.

For germany: Erma EMP, full auto C96 conversion, more STG variations/prototypes.
From other axis powers (never officially used by germany, but still better than made up guns): OVP 1918, TZ-45, Kp 44, more berreta 38/42 variations.
There’s probably a lot more you could dig up, this is just what I could quickly put together.
This one never saw combat at any theatre, Kp31 how ever was in use by germany.
I think you’re misunderstanding. I was arguing against the full auto vg 1-5, not the kp 31.
