The premium PPD for Berlin is way too strong. It has way too little recoil pared with it’s 71 round drum magazine it’s pretty much a laser pointer. It needs more recoil

Because the MkB42 should be in the campaign tree for assaulters and not locked behind a premium squad
Nor does swapping it in in place of the MP-40/1 solve the issue of the PPD-40 DSZ being a laser beam
I never said the Mkb42 should be premium .
In first place I wouldn’t place the mp40 as a counterpart,is so inferior in comparison.
They should have put something stronger with higher rpm or damage, some strange stg prototype,or another smg like the Suomi kp31
In Berlin there’s already a pretty big difference in weapons beings the soviet ones more powerful compared to the german ones. (ppd 40, pps 42,pps43,dp27…)
Some users reports saying PPD and such has no recoil irl. In that case if its true its fine.
Not to mention the soldiers themselves has the Perk that reduce Recoil
Nerfing a Premium Gun is just bad business
The Germans just need to get the STG to counterbalance the PPSH and PPD imo. As well as a variant for Normandy

There’s about a gorillian different sturmgewehr variants, more than enough for some to be premium and some not.

That’s unhealthy af for the game, if everyone just joins allies, you will be playing bots in the end. The devs just need to stop being so obviously biased.
