Berlin is now open to all BRs!

What was it like near Moscow?

And can I find out the source where it came from?

You are welcome to provide evicdence and correct me if I’m mistaken somewhere.

Maybe the percentage of ahistorical gear at BR 1-2 will even go down from overall 80% to 79% if you are lucky.

Make a working battle theatre preference system first maybe? Or is that not planned any more?

How can I tell the game with ONE click that I don’t want Berlin right now with my BR2 setup?
And then when I switch to BR3 enable it with another click?

i think that best way is let players choose sceanrios. I like to play as US or germany but i hate africa

Actually expanding BRs for Berlin has nothing to do with historical accuracy. BR2-3 could be more historically accurate even in Berlin by removing all the fake weapons, and limiting the number of the advanced ones. (Not every soldier had top gear back then I guess.) But I doubt it will ever happen in Enlisted…

The original sin was using BR to connect weapons to certain time periods, even if it clearly does not relate in many cases.

And the other issue is that they don’t give us the chance to limit the battle theatres we wish to participate in with our current armies. That should have been done well before opening up Berlin for BR2.

Now you’re being just a little bit dishonest, because you know full well that there wouldn’t be any single trustworthy source for all of these, there would have to be several, we’re talking tens if not hundreds of sources, sources you wouldn’t read (due to the sheer magnitude) even if you had them. You can’t seriously expect him to provide all of them, at once?

Not that I’m taking Veekays side on this nessesarily, just calling out non-arguments when I see them.

This is going to happen a lot now.

I’m never going to drive my obsolete T-28 around Berlin.

All of these weapons could easily have made it to Berlin. However, the PPS 43 or the Mosin 1944 could not have made it to Moscow. But this is probably a different story…

That’s clearly not the case though, not in this universe. My list would have been shorter, but it would still be loooong.

My position is still that BR and historical use is not the same, but that doesn’t mean Veekay doesn’t have a point that it’s still heavily weighted with early war and late war to one side each (not to mention campaign specific too, a lot of things were just not used in some places), even if there is a lot of overlap.

It’s clear this would’ve been better received by players if they had improved the map preference system, based on the extensive feedback that was given. All we wanted was adding more voting points, and dividing it by low and high BR.

Some people want low BR Berlin and others don’t, each one have their own fair reasons. This same scenario also applies to our current Tunisia and Moscow.

Just add the BR+map combo complete ban system and ā€œOpen Map X To All BRs!!!ā€ as you want, Darkjin

Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.

I’d love to play BR 4 Tunisia, just scared of being uptiered (solved by locking BR 5 to itself, as many have requested), it would probably be my favourite part of the game if that’s something I could do.

Oh my god dude, do you ever get tired of repeating yourself constantly whinging about lack of historical accuracy? ā€˜Cause I sure get tired of seeing it. Every time they do something fun with the game you have to pipe up with some crap because it’s not lifted straight from a WW2 history book. At what point do you accept that this is not the game you think it should be, and that most people in public matches (even if not most people on this forum, which represents a more niche, ā€˜hardcore’ crowd) value fun and accessibility over strict historical purism.

I’m sure there are mods/custom games that can cater to your exact historical desires.
