It turns out that the m38 deprives you of 3 first aid kits, and in return gives very little. And doesn’t the jolt bother you? Other machine guns don’t have that feature.
For me personally, the MP35/I is a huge favorite. Loses a bit in the rate of fire, gets more magazines, comfortable aiming and recoil (the weapon does not shake).
I’m not changing your mind of course, it’s just that the M38 is significantly farther out in the campaign surprises me.
i always run big ammo pouches on all my soldiers besides tankers (tankers with big backpacks with 2/3 repair kits and 1/2 medpacks) so, isnt a problem for me there. 240 bulets its more than enough for some decent kill streak.
and no, the sight on my resolution doesnt bother me at all. its small and clear enough for me to use it. but i agree, mp35 its still more confortable if we compare both.
it suprises me, the fact that some people consider it (not you in this case) too hard to reach, i still donno the level of the STG and i predict some rage from some guys that are unable to grind so much or faster as we (some of us) do…

Well the VG 1-5 would be a good gun if it was a trooper guns. Idk why someone with the mind in his head would pick a VG 1.5 instead of a Beretta in an assaulter. 
Also the premium MP-40 would be an interesting rival for the PPD/PPSh 70mag if it was a normal weapon. As a premium is simple out of the equation when it comes to compare guns

i cant enjoy moscow maps/feel… even tho my favorite gun ingame is that mg30

Grinding germany in Berlin is extremly boring if u already reached max level. I return to Normandie after reaching level23 in Berlin since there’s nothing that attracts me anymore. Cannot imagine how lazy darkflow is to give one single new german weapon in Berlin, that is VG1-5, an extremly old weapon model(maybe finished in 2016/17??) even still with smoke trace like you were back to time of the first Alpha test

no. all my life i played ww2 games . most of them with only 5 or 6 weapons per side. the usual suspects.
if i would get bored, would be years ago.

nah. its a good oportunity to max level all squads and get much 5 star soldiers as possible. without a single care if loose the game or not. its the same xp for the squad and soldiers in the end.
I get bored grinting the schliessbecher for the 3rd time.

In the same WT, I open tanks much longer. There could take a week or two for the tank 6.0-6.3. Here I upped level 1-29 Normandy for 2-2.5 weeks. I do not know what the problem is, without premium, I often earn 10-16 thousand experience per battle.
So I’m surprised someone is complaining that it’s hard and long to open campaign levels here.

I’m finding myself just using the mg42 for Berlin. Only gun that can truly own soviets.
Just unlocked the vg1-5 and it is hot garbage holy shit. why is this such a late unlock and only for assaulters lmao.

The worst thing about playing Axis in Berlin is that the grinding doesn’t even feel worth it once you get the Panther. Most of the later Berlin Axis guns are just copied from the other campaigns. I used to play Berlin with pick any team, but after unlocking the stick mag PPSh and the Panther I’ve just gone back to finish grinding Normandy.
Once you get the mg34 with 75 round mag, you won’t need another weapon.
Imo it’s a great gun. Enough power per shot low recoil, great ammo cap per clip and low recoil. Also good sights. Imo. One of my favorites as a non premium weapon. Probably with g43 sniper and mg34 75ammo box on my top 3.
Sadly it’s only avaiable on assaulters…
@117764565 I know that feel, but since they are diferent campaigns, I don’t mind having some of the items repeated, it’s a fault in the game design I can live with. . But, while I can put some hours in-game, as I have finish both campaigns It ill be more easy once they drop more levels to acquire stuff. I want that sweet sweet stg. So grinding now I’ll be thinking about getting it faster in the future.

It’s not worth restricting to assaulters only IMO. The G43 or an upgraded MP34/40 are more capable all rounders.
Just maxed my first VG1-5 and it’s better but man, stock they are soo soo rough. IMO not worth it.
Looking forward to getting the berretta. May take a break and finish maxing Normandy then come back idk.
Axis in Berlin need love though, badly.

This is so true. In opera house and other map that start at bridge, if soviets cant take that bridge in first minute or two they probably wont cap it ever
Mayby i get really unlucky matches but personally i think soviets use engineers/spawn beacons more. I have seen more soviet spawns in one macth then friendly axis spawns on whole evening.
Also too many players prefer to spawn camp or hide in ruins to farm kills too far from cap zone, when attacker reach/flanks to cap zone there isnt (almost) any resistance. But thats not only problem on axis
