Beretta Mod. 1937 semiautomatic rifle

History
In the 1900s Italy was one of those nations that were looking upon a semi-auto rifle to be issued for its armed forces.
Earlier in the years projects like the Cei-Rigotti rifle were trialed but never adopted.
The semiautomatic conversion for the M1891 Carcano rifle saw little adoption, anticipating the Mondragón rifle (if you want to support the semiautomatic M1891 in game Enlisted).

Beretta M1918
Beretta was the company that produced the Beretta M1918 and was officially issued in the Italian army. It was produced under the direction of Engineer Tullio Marengoni, the same guy behind the Beretta M38 submachinegun.

The Beretta semi-auto rifles
The direction of Tullio Marengoni came up with the project of the Beretta Mod. 1931, chambered in 6.5 × 52 mm Carcano built as a prototype and never adopted.
Later on, the new ammunition 7.35 × 51 mm Carcano was going to be issued with the Italian army, so Beretta studied a new rifle chambered for that ammunition: the Beretta Mod. 1937.

Beretta Mod.1937
It is a semiautomatic rifle based on a Revelli plan, like the 1931, it can be loaded with 9 rounds of the ammunition 7.35 x 51 Carcano using a special stripper clip, a special sleeve can be rotated to change the rifle into a bolt-action, it can fix the M1891 bayonet.
